Throughout my extraordinary three-decade career with Pontoon/The Adecco Group, I have advanced from recruitment and office management in Philadelphia to Senior Director, Global Technology. Along the way, I’ve continuously added to my professional toolkit, tackled complex challenges, and driven impactful solutions. As part of Pontoon’s elite task force, I’ve played pivotal roles in technology and operations migrations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless transitions. Embracing the ever-evolving Vendor Management Systems (VMS) landscape, my team and I have pioneered numerous best practices across configuration and support and set new standards of excellence. Pontoon’s high-energy, dynamic environment, paired with inspiring colleagues and visionary leaders, has fueled my growth, and deepened my professional fulfillment. Outside of work, I find joy in traveling with loved ones and giving back to my community through volunteering - pet therapy, No One Dies Alone program, women’s enrichment initiatives, and service at a Christian radio station—these activities keep me focused, dedicated to creating a positive footprint, and provide a professional work balance.
